Return Eligibility

We offer a return request window of 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened may be required for verification of damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.

  • Products showing signs of use.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable).

  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Packaging photographs

  • Unboxing video

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Ranka Marketing.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each request is reviewed based on the information provided by the customer and our verification process.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), the return shipping cost may be covered by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
